Jazz in South Africa has a unique aesthetic simplicity because it is informed by the richness of languages and diverse cultural practices that the country holds. Umthiza Festival will bring this out in its completeness on the jazz evening taking place on the 25th of May 2018. This evening will feature the great Lulama Gaulana Trio featuring Lwanda Gogwana, then followed by the inimitable Omagugu Makhathini with Mash Trio featuring Sakhile Simani.
