The Board and Management of the East London Guild Theatre wish to publicly thank the National Lotteries Commission for its very generous grant of R4 453,378.74 received this year.

This National Lotteries Commission grant enabled the Guild Theatre to successfully plan and implement its much-awaited project of replacing worn stage curtains, installing new, modern LED stage lights, upgrading of the sound system, security fence, generator, as well as upgrading non-functional air-conditioning units in the foyer, changing rooms and offices.

These improvements could never have been achieved without the support of the National Lotteries Commission (NLC).
